Proposal Call and Land Disposition

Jonathan Hack managed the disposition of the Rideau Campus of Algonquin College, a 16.5 acre site with 241,000 square ft of building space, located in Downtown Ottawa. This involved a proposal call process to dispose of the property, an indemnification of prospective purchasers from liability associated with the contamination of the site, and negotiation of the terms of sale and recommendation to the Algonquin Board of Directors.

Status: As of January, 2007, a purchase and sale agreement was concluded with the University of Ottawa, ratified by both Boards of Governors.
