Jonathan Hack has conducted detailed market and financial feasibility for new student residences. The work programs have included detailed surveys of student preferences for unit style, amenities and programs at the residences, coupled with drill-down focus groups and rental housing market analysis to determine price points for alternative styles of accommodation.

Detailed cash flow modelling, which included treatment of property tax liability during non-term time operation, underpinned the business plans which lead to design-build-operate proposals for the new residences.
