Located in the Haliburton Highlands, Sir Sam's is a family operated ski resort hosting a range of cottagers and local residents for multi-season recreation. The Sir Sam's Inn provides year round facilities including lake access and summer boating tours. Jonathan Hack undertook a detailed business plan for development of the resort based on the creation of fractional ownership cottage units.
