While a consultant with a large multi-national consulting firm, Jonathan assisted the Jerusalem Transportation Master Plan Team by incorporating economic development objectives into the proposed development of the Jerusalem LRT.

The study team undertook an investigation of the role transit investment has played in urban regeneration in North American and European cities. The study focused on how, and to what degree, urban transit investment (principally Light Rail Transit) has stimulated development, increased property values and created opportunities for private development.
