Jon Hack lead a team established to assess the potential for a 4,000 to 6,000 seat Multi-Use Sports and Entertainment Centre in the City of Thunder Bay. This included a full market analysis and financial business plan as well as preliminary site plans and design considerations.

Status: Facility not constructed; Recent City-sponsored assessment (2009) of potential for an Ontario Hockey League (OHL) franchise in the City.
